processMax 2 and 3 Release 5.0c Only

Issue:
processMax 5.0c is not compatible with releases of ActivePerl subsequent to Active Perl 5.6. Installing the files contained in this Alert will provide compatibility with ActivePerl 5.10.1.1007, as well as significantly improving performance.
Solution:
Logon to our FTP server and download the 'Alert 43 Instructions for Release 5.0c ONLY' and Alert43_Release_5_0c_ONLY.zip file.
All active customers who are currently using processMax 5.0c have been sent an email with instructions for accessing our FTP server.
