Issue:
- Errors resulting from synchronization with MS Project ('RPC server is unavailable' and similar errors);
- Failure to properly synchronize milestones with MS Project;
- Slow performance of MS Project synchronization.
Solution:
Logon to our FTP server and download the Alert 32 Instructions and Alert_32.zip file
All active customers who have downloaded processMax 2i or 3i Release 8.07 have been sent an email with instructions for accessing our FTP server.
